Government Identification is required for each person getting a service, this includes your drivers licence, health card, passport, treaty card, Pal, etc. We can not accept non government issued ID such as a school identification card. Must have physical ID with you when you fill out your release form in studio, photo on phone will NOT SUFFICE. Parents when signing for someone underage you must have Identification for yourself and for the child. No exceptions due to insurance and Health Board.
3. You must be 18 years of age to receive a tattoo, 16 or 17 years must enquire with the artist and have parental signature.
4. You must be 16 years to sign for yourself for most piercings except those listed on the site (nipples, dermal, tongue)
5. Hourly Rate at Cataclysm is 150 an hour. Min is $150 with Mike, guest artist is $100. After hour rates apply to anything booked on a day Off or after hours.
6. Please arrive to your Tattoo appointment on time, since we are out of the way and people can get lost or held up we will give a 30 min grace period. PLEASE CALL US AT 306-961-4440 to let us know or text Mike directly.
7. Piercing appointments are booked every 30 mins, if you can not make it or will be late ensure you let Leanne know by Texting 306-961-4440 to get your appointment time moved to a later time
8. Please come into the building at your appointment time. It is the brown building with the C and the banner that says Cataclysm Tattoo.
9. Since we are a private studio and we have both tattoo and piercing, we ask that you either come alone or if someone is coming with you to let Mike know as we have no real seating or waiting area.
10. You can bring ONE person with you inside when getting a piercing service. There is no waiting room sorry
11. We accept debit, cash and credit card except AMEX
12. Gift cards are available in any amount
13. Cancellation policy for tattoos is 1 week notice (7 days) unless you are ill or some sort of emergency. Your deposit will be lost if you do not give adequate notice.
14. deposit amounts is based on tattoo time. Full day sits are $300 min deposit
15. Our Guardian Dog Mobley loves everyone and will most likely come to greet you. She is a big fluffy muppet and wants you to love her as much as she will love you. If you do not like dogs, let us know and we will ensure she is not able to come greet you. The tiny dog Gracie Jean is also loving but she wont' come up to you.

17. We have Coffee, pop, water, snacks. Help yourself to anything you would like.
